We bought this for our son's first birthday. We LOVE IT! Once it was put together all of the children wanted to play with it. We all love how it goes from a wagon to a bench. We took this to the zoo and so many people loved this wagon and asked us about it. Our next adventure was our church's annual picnic. One of the wheels washer broke and the wheel started to come apart. I called customer serive and described to them what happened and they are now sending me replacement wheels and hardware. I know that once the wheel is fixed we will continue to enjoy all this wagon has to offer.
